The Rural Settlement Area Overlay District meets all 13 indicators of Urban Sprawl as defined in the Florida Statutes. Indicator #4 pertains to the inability to protect wetlands (F.S. 163.3177(6)(a)9.a.(IV)). The National Wetlands Inventory shows the presence of wetlands.
